Procedures for New Connection
(7 working days)
1. Filling up of application with P4,900 application fee (Commercial Dept.). All sketch will be submitted to Engineering Dept. at the end of the day.
2. Estimator will visit the site (Engineering Dept.)
3. Approval of estimate (Engineering Dept.)
4.Quotation of available materials (Admin Dept.)
5. Orientation during Wednesday at 10:00am (Commercial Dept.)
6. Costing of total amount to be paid/approval of requirements (Commercial Dept.)
7. Schedule of tapping (Engineering Dept.)
Requirements for New Connection
a. Photo copy of any valid I.D of the applicant (any or one of the following)
1. Company ID
2. Driver's License
3. PRC/SSS/GSIS ID
4. Postal ID
b. Barangay Clearance
c. Residence Certificate (Current Year)
d. Barangay/Municipal/Department of Public Works and Highways Permit (if road crossing/road excavation, others)
e. Attend orientation (conducted weekly - every Wednesday, 10:00 - 11:00am) at he Metro Bangued Water District office.
g. New service connection fee - P4,200.00.
Procedure for Re-Connection
1. Get the order of payment (Commercial Dept.)
2. Pay the re-connection fee and additional water bill, if necessary.
3. Pay the water bill total balance to bill collector (Commercial Dept.)
Reconnection Fees/Charges
a. Disconnected for over due account
within 24hrs. no fee
1 day to 7 days P300.00
8 days to 15 days P500.00
16 days to 1 month P700.00
more than 1 month to 5 months P1,000.00
more than 5 months P2,000.00
Addition Reconnection fee P300.00 for disconnected
service from tapping point
